Security
The security of your information, transactions, and money is essential to TrailerWare's business. This is why we use PayPal for shopping cart and credit card security. In fact, using PayPal is more secure than using most other online purchases. PayPal's core operation is designed to protect the consumer and processes millions of secure transactions per day.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in, PayPal's server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.
Online order information is encrypted and sent via SSL secure transmission, the latest and most secure technology available. If you prefer not to enter your credit card information, please call us Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST at 949-201-9186 and we can take your order via telephone. Or you can fax your order by calling 949-201-9186 and letting us know you want to send a fax. Please include your e-mail address and Phone number whenever you contact us.
Shipping & Inventory
Due to the bulky nature of the products we sell, there is a shipping fee and handling fee for each item ordered. Your entire order must be shipped to only one address: if you need items shipped to separate addresses, please enter separate orders. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all returned items, unless we shipped incorrectly. There are additional charges for express shipping options as well as occasional oversized charges (noted by OS1 and OS2 after the weight listing). If you have a large order or any order that need special handling or consideration, please call us at 949-201-9186 and we will be happy to assist you.
TrailerWare ships only to United States addresses within the continental 48 states, via FedEx ground. NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you need shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or expedited shipping please call us at 949-201-9186. We cannot guarantee inventory on every item, but quite a few orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Almost all orders are processed within seven business days. If we can't ship your item to you within seven business days, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that you still want your order. Any items not able to be shipped within thirty days will be automatically cancelled. We don't work/ship on weekends because we like to take out our trick trailer and gear and go riding!

Do you need to return an item?
At TrailerWare.com you can make your purchases with complete confidence. When you return an item to us at TrailerWare.com, any items that fail to perform satisfactorily may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. When you send something back to TrailerWare.com please remember to complete the Product Return Slip that was included in your original order. Please try to use the original carton, pack the merchandise securely and enclose a copy of the original invoice with an explanation of what you would like us to do. Ship the item pre-paid via U.P.S. or insured Parcel Post. Please do not send returns C.O.D., as they will be refused.
Did we make a shipping error?
At TrailerWare.com, we will always do our best to make sure you get exactly what you order. If, however, we do make an error, we'll do whatever it takes to make it right, and we will reimburse you for the return freight charges. Privacy Policy
TrailerWare, L.L.C. is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. Your credit card and bank account information are not stored on any TrailerWare computers that are connected to the Internet. All customer order information (excluding credit card information) is stored in encrypted form for customer order history status.
The security of your TrailerWare account information also relies on your protection of your PayPal password. Do not share your PayPal password with anyone. PayPal will never ask you to send your password or other sensitive information in an e-mail, though they may ask you to enter this type of information on the PayPal website, which will always have a URL beginning with https://www.paypal.com/.
